Prompt injection — Attempts to override instructions or read out the system prompt. Data leakage — Requests for other people’s data or internal information. Discrimination — Requests for discriminatory decisions or texts. Misuse — Help with circumventing security measures. Control questions — Harmless questions that should be answered; reveal over-refusal.
